RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you love your Genevieve Sweeney knitwear, but if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days. Please email us at customerservice@genevievesweeney.com for the return process or if you are seeking an exchange.
You must contact us before returning any items within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, quoting your order number, the item you wish to exchange or return and the reason for the return. We do not include a return slip in your GS parcel as we aim to use as little paper as possible to reduce waste.
- Please note that monogrammed items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing fault.
- We must receive goods at our studio address within 14 days of receiving a returns confirmation email and return them in their original condition.
- For socks, please make sure they are returned in a resalable condition, which means they must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received them, with the label still intact.
- Please note that it is your responsibility to cover postage costs for returns. We recommend that the goods are tracked, as proof of normal posting does not cover the full cost of goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
- All returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach Genevieve Sweeney.
- Exchange details: You may exchange your item for another of equal value or receive credit as a Gift Voucher for the value of the exchanged item. The Gift Note will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and will follow the same Terms and Conditions as our Gift Cards.
We will process any refunds and exchanges due to you as soon as possible. Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the product back from you, and exchanges will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the product.
