How many characters can I monogram?
You can choose up to three characters to be hand embroidered onto your chosen GS knitwear.
What is the placement of the monogram?
On all jumpers and cardigans, the monogram will be embroidered on the wearer’s left hand sleeve above the cuff.
On the Laide vest, the monogram will be embroidered on the wearer’s left above the hem.
For the GS scarf the monogram will be embroidered on the bottom right of the scarf.
What colour will the monogram be?
Genevieve will choose a complimentary yet contrast colour yarn to embroider your monogram.
What is the lead-time?
Monogram orders will take 1-2 days to embroider before dispatch.
Can I return my monogram order?
We cannot refund or exchange any monogram order, unless the item is faulty or damaged. We take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before dispatching.
