The twisting takes hours, sometimes even the whole day for a couple of colours, something most factories would never have time for and would rather throw away the yarn.
The yarn is knitted into small batches of socks when my British sock factory has some downtime, using a traditional intarsia sock machine. The end result is a luxurious pair of GS socks embracing slow fashion processes, reduces textile waste, creating a unique coloured sock with the ultimate quality and fit. Made in Derbyshire
